Following the evolving situation regarding Covid-19, we continue to be hugely grateful for your custom at what has been a difficult time for everyone.
The safety and security of our guests remains our number one priority. We are closely following the government guidelines and are implementing some new measures and would appreciate your support to help us minimise the risk of spreading the virus.
We have listed the details below and thank you for your kind understanding while we adjust to these new ways of working. As always, we are dedicated to making your holiday a safe and enjoyable one!
Updated Health and Safety Practices
We are asking guests not to arrive before 4 pm so we can ensure your cottage has been rigorously cleaned from the previous guests with special emphasis on all contact points.
When we call on you during your stay we will follow the recommended social distancing guidance.
If you would like any information on the surrounding facilities due to the effects of Covid-19, such as the village pub, please get in touch and we will be happy to advise.
If you or any member of your party are displaying any signs of Coronavirus when you are due to visit us, or have been in contact with someone with confirmed Coronavirus within 14 days of visiting us, please do not travel, please get in touch with us to discuss arrangements.
During Your Stay
You may notice that we have removed some of our non-essential items from the cottage, this is to ease the cleaning load on turnarounds and reduce the risk of spreading the virus, and we thank you for your understanding.
If you develop any Coronavirus symptoms during your stay please inform us and we can help with arrangements.
We would be grateful if you could open the cottage windows as early as possible on your day of departure for ventilation purposes.
Our departure time is 9.30 am which allows us time to perform our extra cleaning processes to a high standard for the next guests.
Thank you very much for your support.
