We will then hold these dates for ONE WEEK for you to send your details and £100 deposit to:

The balance is due one month prior to the start of your holiday. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation, if we do succeed in re-letting the booking we will refund the balance. We recommend you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
When we receive the balance we will send you details of how to find the cottage and key.
On the day of departure we ask that you vacate by 9.30 am.
